The aim of Eco-domus Certificate is to encourage owners of rental houses to diversify and improve the quality of their accommodation by harmonizing the principles of sustainable development and tourism.
The basic features of Eco-domus accommodation include social and ecological responsibility, the usage of ecologically certified cleaning and washing agents, toiletries, natural materials, rational usage of energy products, as well as sorting out and recycling the waste.
Our aim is to improve the ecological awareness, the way of informing guests about the local cultural and historical heritage, local natural values, traditional products and souvenirs, as well as the promotion of the local cuisine and typical products.

Frequently Asked Questions
In most of the villas in our offer one baby cot and one high chair can be put at disposal on request. We kindly ask you to let us know this in advance so that we take note in your reservation.
For the stay in the villas, either a non-refundable 30,00€ for damage insurance or a refundable damage security deposit upon arrival in cash are required. One of these options has to be chosen during the booking process. The amount of refundable damage security deposit depends on the villa and it is listed on the webpage of each villa in EUR. The host returns the refundable damage security deposit to the guests at departure in case no damage occurs.
